“We Humbly Accept All Things”

W.H.A.A.T MATTERS is a Talk Show that takes Conversation and puts it first. Speaking with individuals and listening with ears of understanding we want to speak with tongues of encouragement, involvement, and acknowledge the greatness in you.

THOU ART, LLC is a Company that understands that WE are Art. Art is defined by many, in many different ways. The Art of War, Art of Love, Performing Arts are just a few means of defining what Art is. We explore by “Conversation,” which at times, is not defined as Art but to US is the most meaningful Art ever created.
The Hosts of W.H.A.A.T Matters, Maurice “Mr. Motivation” Riggins and Angel “Mrs. Angel” Riggins are the Founders of THOU ART, LLC. Met in Hawaii and built a relationship and the two were married. Both were Active Duty Army and were separated the first two years of marriage but grew closer because of the Art of Conversation and above All Love. In April of 2017 the two were reunited at Fort Bragg in North Carolina and shortly after form the Company because the separation that distance divided could not impede the conversation of together that fueled a fire that couldn’t be extinguished.

Maurice a native of St. Pauls, NC has always dreamed of coming home and making a difference in the community that raised him. His career in the Armed Forces, both The U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army, afforded him an opportunity to explore the World. As an aspiring Comedian it provided him a Social awareness and he fell in Love with understanding our difference with a passion to understand deeply how We All Matter. Applying his life’s Journey he filmed his first Comedy Special December 22, 2018 titled, ”Strength in My Struggle!” Applying his journey from Homelessness to Success, his reflection and outlook on Life is one that truly warrants the named “MR Motivation!”

Angel is a native of Queens, NY and has lived a life filled with triumphs and trials. Losing her mother to a life of drugs and being raised by family, she was more fortunate than some children that enter the foster system. She was blessed with people that provided her an opportunity to attend the best schools and a family structure that some of her siblings were not. Discipline was strict but the structure was one that kept her on a path to prosper. At the age of 14 she met her biological father and moved to Georgia to grow into the woman she is today. Angel held a lot of things in throughout her Life but her passion was and will always be helping others speak up and be who you always wanted to be.  She now owns a Travel Agency that specializes in quality, affordable travel packages to ensure that anyone doesn’t hold anything in or hold back from exploring the world. “For All Your Travel Needs, Get Booked by an Angel… Yes Indeed.” As the CEO of THOU ART, LLC she manages day to day operation, plans, promotes, and hires for all events. As the CFO of THOU ART, LLC she is an active trader of foreign Exchange on the market to create additional revenue and increase our capabilities.

King Jaquell Martin

is a native of Benton Harbor, MI. In high school he was athletically astute and excelled in every area of sports. From Track and Field to the football field. He also developed a keen interest in dramatic arts but placed his pursuit of it on hold until he completed his service with the U.S. Armed Forces. King enlisted in the United States Army with a passion to serve his country and make a better life for himself and his family. Being a high achiever, he moved up the ranks to sergeant and held his position until an unforeseen and challenging incident brought him face to face with age old discrimination born of ignorance and racial hatred. This experience inspired him to write his freshman biography, A War on Friendly Grounds. A piece fitting the current narrative in our country surrounding unfair racial practices and bias found in the military and police force.   After completing his term in the armed services, King enrolled at the Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown Acting Studio, a prestigious two-year intensive Meisner training program in Santa Monica, CA. It didn’t take him long to book his first episodic role on Investigation Discovery Channel’s Wives with Knives as well as booking national commercials. Currently, King is pursuing a career in filmmaking as a director at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, CA.  As an author, he wants A War on Friendly Grounds to be a welcoming bridge between the public and police department. King has the heart of a servant, is very passionate about his people and desires to help others live up to their full potential.
